Immigration physical exam

The immigration medical exam must be done by a physician designated by USCIS (also known as a
"designated civil surgeon").
The medical examination will include a medical history, physical examination, blood tests for syphilis, TB,
and a urine test for gonorrhea on all green card applicants aged 15 and older. The physical examination
will consist of at a minimum: the eyes, ears, nose and throat, extremities, heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph
nodes, skin, and external genitalia.
